Keeping people healthy and safe is more important than ever.  ArcGO provides essential services to people with developmental disabilities.  We have immediate openings in our Work Center Department as a Direct Support Professional.

What a job as a Direct Support Professional looks like:

• Provide skill training to adults with developmental disabilities to complete current contracts.
• Supervise and assist adults with developmental disabilities in meeting all production, keeping engagement levels high during work hours.
• Assist in quality control and inspections.
• Accurately maintain required records with regards to attendance, production, etc. on a daily basis.
• Instruct and guide those we serve in regular work assignments.

SKILLS NEEDED:

• Must possess great computer skills.
• Be a hands on leader to those we serve and promote the mission and vision of the agency.
• The ideal candidate should be an independent worker and a team player.
• Must have the heart of a teacher.

REQUIREMENTS:  

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current NYS Drivers' License with an acceptable driving record as determined by the agency.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Location:  Albion, NY

Hours:  40 hours per week. Monday - Friday Approximately 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
