We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Specialist in our Maintenance Department.   

What a job as a Maintenance Specialist looks like:

• Completes repairs at various agency facilities including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• Follows regular maintenance schedule for buildings.
• Provides lawn care and snow removal as needed.
• Monitors facility systems including heating and cooling, water systems and electrical systems.
• Performs minor equipment repairs.
• Ensures upkeep of buildings by personally monitoring buildings and grounds.

Skills Needed:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• HVAC
• Painting

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in the maintenance field.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Current NYS Drivers' License with an acceptable driving record as determined by the agency (local travel is required).

Location:  Local travel required in Genesee and Orleans County

Hours:  Monday-Friday 7am-3pm with on-call coverage and ability to respond to emergency situations.
